What you will be doing:  Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on property’s facilities and equipment Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective actions Oversee the back of house operation such as laundry, kitchens, HVAC Ensure the overall maintenance of the facility Other duties as assigned  Physical Aspects of the Position: Constant standing and walking throughout shift Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30lbs Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
