Join the McClendon Center team and grow your career with us!PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provide comprehensive clinical and community-based support to individuals with mental health diagnoses.Conduct ongoing assessments of clients' needs and develop individualized service plans, including diagnostic reviews, every 180 days.Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in need.Assist clients in accessing essential resources, including benefits, housing, and community support services.Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding symptom management and medication adherence.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, including progress notes and billing.Complete required assessments, including crisis plans, DLA-20, GAIN, and Reaching Recovery assessments.Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support to clients.Advocate for clients within social, governmental, and community systems.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.Achieve and maintain productivity standards, with opportunities for monthly bonuses.
