Successful candidates will have previous experience working as an escalation point for tier I/II support tickets as well as working in client facing roles. From an experience perspective, we are targeting most the following:
- 5+ years end user support experience
- Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Desktop and Office applications
- Experience communicating directly with clients
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Certifications like Network+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified are nice to haves
