As a Vacation Ownership Sales Professional, you will conduct face-to-face presentations and guide prospective and/or current owners through the benefits of the flexible points-based system. Establish commonality while tailoring presentations to individual travel preferences. Articulate and assist guests envision a lifetime of memorable vacations, whether they seek spontaneity or consistency. Your role is key in driving sales, building trust, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy resort setting. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.Qualify leads and identify prospective buyers by engaging with customers and understanding their needs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including sales activity and follow-up details.Negotiate contracts with prospective customers.Answer questions regarding credit term, services, and prices while maintaining customer records.Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.Other duties as assigned.To perform this role successfully, the candidate must demonstrate a passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create lasting vacation memories. Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and overcoming objections is essential, as is the ability to uphold professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset within a team-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is required to maintain efficient sales processes and accurate client records.
