DescriptionProvides leadership for Quality, Safety and Risk Management Programs. Organizes, plans, develops and directs functions of quality, safety and risk management including development of performance standards, outcome measures and corrective action plans. Reports results to appropriate oversight committees and boards within Providence as well as Federal and State regulatory bodies. Education sufficient for licensure
Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License or
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License or
Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
3 years Quality, safety and risk management experience
Experience in the use of clinical information to drive quality improvement through data analysis and informatics
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
5 years Relevant healthcare experience including 2 years in community-based care
1 year Infection Control activities (identification, surveillance, investigation, and prevention) experience
