This position is the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. You will handle inquiries, orders, and complaints, providing exceptional service and building strong relationships. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing plant, which specializes in plastic bag production through extrusion processes.Description:
Use ERP system to enter customer purchase orders to produce order for scheduling
Provide pricing for all customer quotes and orders
Develop and foster relationships with customers
Work directly with sales reps and management to achieve sales goals.
Manage and grow existing customer house accounts
Manage customer requests regarding order status, returns and complaints
Maintain customer stock inventory with min max program
Create documents/reports regarding issues, orders, pricing, and sales.
Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal members (plant, shipping, accounting).
Hold new order meeting to provide correct information on new order
Scan and file customer purchase orders in ERP system
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF ERP & SALESFORCE
1-2 Years Food+Bev/ Distribution/Manufacturing exp
High school diploma or its equivalent
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365-word processing and spreadsheet application
Ability to work both independently and as a team member
Strong communication and customer service skills
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and function well in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
