Set up and operate a CNC Index Multispindle for medium-high volume production.
Notify supervisor of abnormal situations for corrective action.
Make recommendations for improvements in methods of performance of work.
Maintain good housekeeping conditions and enforce safety practices.
Complete and maintain any required documentation.
Participate in PCC Corporate Safety Training.
Hard Skills
Strong Geometric Dimensional & Tolerances, and math skills
Ability to read machining CNC programs and have a basic understanding of common 'G' and 'M' codes
Experience with Siemens controls for lathe machine tools
Understanding of basic tabletop gages – Micrometers, Calipers, pin gages, bore micrometers
Soft Skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
