What does a Seasonal Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting our product portfolio by keeping beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of inventory properly stocked and in accordance to Swire Coca-Cola standards.

Job Details:
This position is Seasonal from April 2024 to September 2024.
Responsibilities:
Restock displays, sections, racks, coolers and shelves in an aligned manner
Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store
Maintain backrooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way
Set aside and store in backroom any product unfit for sale
Operate powered equipment (ex: powered pallet jack) and manual equipment
Clean and organize shelves or aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
Lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Base pay range is $16.01 to $20.01 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
Employees and families offered Medical, Dental, Vision; union pension with employer contributions; Sick pay awarded at 1 hour per 40 hours work, annually 8 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday; 40hrs of vacation pro-rated in first year (3-1/3 hours per remaining full month in current calendar year); Eligible for paid Bereavement and Jury Duty.
