Maintenance Technician

What You Get To Do:The Maintenance Technician's primary responsibility is to ensure that all preventive, corrective and renovative maintenance needs of assigned buildings, grounds, and vehicles are completed in accordance with licensure and regulations. This position is also responsible to complete maintenance repairs as necessary. Duties include but are not limited to:Ensure residential homes, grounds, and property are well maintained and in good repair at all timesParticipate in general maintenance planning and capital improvements planningCoordinate and secure external vendors for skilled maintenance repairsRemove and/or oversee the removal of snow and ice during winter months, as necessary at the group homesEnsure an organized, responsible, and controlled manner of acquiring and maintaining all tools, equipment and keys belonging to the organization. Ensure maintenance documentation is completed and maintained for all repairs.
