HR Recruiter

Description We are searching for a diligent HR Recruiter to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. The role will involve full cycle recruiting, job posting, onboarding, and managing new hire orientation. The HR Recruiter will also be supporting the HR Manager with other projects and tasks relating to the HR field. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage full cycle recruiting, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Post job openings on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Conduct new hire orientation and handle the onboarding process. Update data entry records and compensation reports regularly. Use ADP for recruiting and other HR-related tasks. Create and update internal job announcements. Draft and send offer letters to prospective employees. Conduct background checks for potential hires. Collect any necessary credentials or certificates from candidates. Use Microsoft Excel for various HR tasks and processes.Requirements Minimum of three years of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience conducting Background Checks Knowledge of Benefit Functions within a recruitment setting Strong Documentation skills Familiarity with Hiring Processes Experience with ADP - Recruiting Proven track record in Full Cycle Recruiting Experience drafting Offer Letters Proven ability to create effective Job Postings Knowledge and experience in Onboarding processes Experience conducting New Hire Orientations Strong Data Entry skills with attention to detail and accuracyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
