Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Monitor and manage cash flow
Prepare and file necessary tax forms and reports
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Handle other accounting and financial tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPA certification (preferred but not required)
