Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Float Staff

What You’ll DoProvide client care in a float capacity for schedules, emergencies, or fill-in assignments at designated supported living homesEnrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment   Provide companionship and personalized care with respect and dignity while encouraging independence and self-care.   Assist patients with activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, and eating.   Implementing positive behavior supports Prepare meals and snacks.  Light household duties Provide mobility and transfer assistance, which may include using mechanical lift devices.   Community activities and outings Assist with transportation needsOther duties as assigned
