As the Community Sales Director, you will cultivate relationships onsite in our community with potential residents and their families as well as outreach to professionals in the local area. In this role, you will be responsible for closing sales that result in new move-ins to increase and/or maintain budgeted occupancy. In addition, you will plan and execute successful marketing and sales events , and community outreach, manage leads, provide tours, and effectively coordinate move-in activities for the residents. Self-motivated and able to work on your own, but also able to work with a team
Strong selling and closing experience is required and proven success in meeting sales goals
Excels at time management , planning, and processes, and the ability to adapt to change
Experience working in senior living is preferred
Proficiency in smartphone applications, computer skills, and ability to learn new applications required. Minimum skills include smartphone app installation and the ability to set notifications, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), etc. CRM experience is preferred
Must have senior living or elder care experience
Must practice and promote community policies and procedures, mission statement and core values, and leadership
Must have a current driver's license, be able to drive, and follow the company auto policy
