Monitor, Configure and Support Windows Server Environment - Microsoft Active Directory (on prem and Azure)
- Hyper-V\OVM\SCVMM Virtual Environment
- Microsoft Exchange (O365 Hybrid)
- SCOM\SCCM\Orchestrator
- Cloud Backup Systems (Druva, VEEAM)
- Storage - Dell ME/PURE Cluster Environments
Monitor, Configure and Support Cloud Environments Responsibilities: - Design and implement IT solutions for the internal customers
- Create, establish, and enforce stated IT policies and company internal controls
- Work with vendors and guide recommendations for network and operational efficiencies
- Respond to customer issues at a Tier 3 level, diagnose problems using network system tools, recommend solutions and coordinate repair efforts
- Supporting 1000+ business users, onsite + remote
