Diesel TechnicianDescriptionWe are looking for a talented Diesel Technician/Mechanic to join our Distribution business in (Sumner, WA).We offer Sign On Bonus, Relocation, Competitive Pay and Benefits!Will make an impact in the following ways:
Complete repairs on engine products in a service shop
Perform maintenance/repairs utilizing diagnostic tools
Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles
Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies
Ongoing development/certifications on new and existing Cummins products
Maintain own tools
In order to be successful in this role you will need the following:(Entry):
Primarily engaged in maintenance or basic repairs/diagnostics
Requires direct supervision and review of workmanship quality
(Intermediate):
Completes complex internal engine repairs
Performs engine overhauls with limited direct supervision
(Advanced):
Ability to troubleshoot with limited/no support from diagnostic tools
Larger more complicated engine rebuilds
Mentor junior technicians including technical support and documentation

A current valid license is required for this role
Must be 18 years old with 2 years driving experience
This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations
This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This roll will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing.
