Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR Specialist to join our vibrant team. As an AR Specialist, you will be responsible for handling high volume accounts receivable tasks which includes but is not limited to: invoicing, collections, and reporting activities. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NetSuite, be proficient in making collection calls, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term and short-term AR objectives.
Conducting high volume collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department.
Enforcing company credit policies and procedures to ensure minimal loss and risk.
Utilizing NetSuite for various accounts receivable functions such as generating invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining AR records.
Preparing and presenting financial and AR reports and metrics.
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
Investigating and resolving customer queries and discrepancies.
Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
Requirements
Qualifications:-Recent claims experience
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a similar field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume Accounts Receivable or related field.
Strong proficiency and experience in utilizing NetSuite financial software.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
