Security Patrol Associate (Overnight)

We are looking for a full-time Security Patrol Associate (SPA) to join our amazing Loss Prevention team! As a Security Patrol Associate at North 40 Outfitters, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our properties. This is a full-time position with varying hours and days, requiring flexibility and dedication. This position will include a comprehensive onboarding and training program that will help to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform your duties.Overnight security patrol of North 40 Outfitters properties (primarily in the areas of West Spokane, Spokane Trent, Mead, and on occasion Coeur d'Alene) on an assigned route, will be your primary job function, with exceptions for unique events during business hours as directed. Primarily based in and around the Spokane market, your work hours and days will vary somewhat based on company needs.Reporting to the Loss Prevention and Safety Director, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols, monitoring security cameras, and promptly responding to any suspicious activity or incidents. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.As the SPA, you will meet with North 40 Outfitters Store management and Loss Prevention teams regularly to address loss prevention and safety issues.
