Aerotek is looking for candidates with experience working as a millwright!What Is The Job?
Working in a large fabrication shop performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment, such as punch presses, shear presses, drill presses, robotic equipment, overhead cranes, and forklifts
You will be asked to work from schematics and perform a wide range of mechanical work using hand and power tools
General building maintenance
The ideal candidate will be working in a machine shop to provide repairs on overhead cranes and machines using Hydraulic jacking equipment, pneumatic impact tools, and hydraulic torque wrenches. This role requires you to operate forklift and bridge cranes as well as rigging for cranes.
What Do You Need?
Well-rounded mechanical and electrical skills
Fluid power experience preferred
Heavy equipment repair experienc
Must be familiar with and able to safely operate Band Saw and Hole Drilling equipment.
Must interact with and clearly communicate with supervisors and co-workers in a team-like atmosphere.
Perform housekeeping in your work area, and as otherwise assigned, maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
