Postal Delivery Subcontractor

I am looking for a subcontractor for the delivery of rural US mail in the Kettle Falls area. Successful candidate must be a reliable self-starter, be able to pay close attention to detail, have a reliable vehicle, 4 wheel drive with 120 cubic feet cargo capacity, have a clean driving record, be drug free (including marijuana) and pass a federal background investigation. Route is 192 miles/day on paved, unpaved and gravel roads beginning and ending at the Kettle Falls Post Office. Duties include sorting, loading and delivering all classes of mail including letters and parcels. Parcels can weigh up to 70 pounds. Hours vary depending on the load and road conditions but are usually between 8 and 9 hours per day. May be asked to help out with overflow on very heavy days. Subcontractor is responsible for all fuel and vehicle maintenance costs incurred in performing these duties.
