I'm looking for a responsible driver to drive my truck and trailer to Seattle (From Spokane/Cheney) 2-3 times a week, picking up shipping/cargo containers. It's not a hugely difficult task, but I need a driver that will take care of my equipment and will drive responsibly. I will pay $400/trip. That is all cash. I pay for fuel. The $400 is the cash take home daily.
I do not want just anyone. I would like someone with experience, who can handle an issue if it arises. Someone who is savvy to the road laws/conditions. Experience driving is a big deal. The loads will be 40 feet long, on a gooseneck. One must be very careful. Please let me know. I would also like this driver to make deliveries on the days that he isn't making runs. For this, I will pay $25/hour, from the time you show up to load to the time you come back. But if you can only do the runs, I can do the deliveries.
