We are seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team! You will drive to deliver and pick up boxes of tropical fish from the Spokane International Airport in Spokane, WA and drive them 139 miles to Eastport, ID, near the US-Canadian border. Deliveries are once every 3 weeks.
Responsibilities:
Reserve U-Haul cargo van online
Retrieve cargo van prior to flight arrival, drive to Spokane International Airport, Southwest Airlines Cargo, and retrieve 16 to 28 boxes of tropical fish
Pick up times typically range from 11am to 3pm, on Fridays (or perhaps Saturdays) depending on flight schedules
Deliver boxes to customer in Eastport, ID in a timely manner
Load and unload vehicle
Return van to U-Haul same day or next day
Communicate with seller and customer via text at relevant times
Qualifications:
Drivers license
Flexibility on pickup time
Ability to lift 28 pound boxes
Deadline-oriented
Must have credit card for fuel expense
Compensation:
$200 per trip plus fuel reimbursement paid electronically immediately after delivery
