Courier delivery independent contracting

I am in search of a professional driver for long distance package deliveries. No schedule, the work comes in randomly and we are looking someone who would often be ready to work at the spur of the moment. You must live in Spokane for this work, I Pay $1.35 per mile one way. This work is independent contracting work, drug and alcohol free only, thank you. No CDL required.
