Job Description:

R&R Heating and A/C is seeking skilled and experienced Retrofit Installers and Leads to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HVAC retrofitting, including the replacement and upgrading of existing systems. As a Retrofit Installer or Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of retrofit projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install and replace HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components in existing buildings.

-Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders to complete installations efficiently and accurately.

-Ensure all installations comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

-Test installed systems to ensure proper operation and performance.

-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Retrofit Leads:

-Oversee and coordinate retrofit projects from start to finish.

-Supervise and guide a team of retrofit installers, ensuring quality and efficiency.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns professionally.

-Ensure project timelines are met and maintain communication with management.

-Conduct final inspections and tests to confirm system functionality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

High school or equivalent

2+ Years of HVAC experience.

EPA

Gas Mech 1

WA Elec Trainee card

Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
