THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE-RELOCATION WOULD BE A MUST, WE ARE LOCATED in CORVALLIS, MT

MUST have construction experience.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to supervise a wide range of commercial projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee civil procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all civil methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills.

The goal will be to ensure all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Responsibilities

Lead and control labor and work crews engaged in activities concerned with the civil construction, includes determining method of construction, optimizing manpower levels, material quantities, equipment, and document actual hours worked.

Provide quality control; assuring conformity to plans and specifications; maintaining sequences to meet schedule; maintaining short and long-term production schedules; conducting weekly job site coordination and safety meetings.

Able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following safety policies and procedures and construction work practices.

Ability to read, interpret and follow procedures, specifications, drawings, plans and other disciplines.

Ensure crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials. Prevent waste and misuse of equipment, materials and tools.

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in grading operations, road projects, sewer, storm and water, and general civil infrastructure construction methods, estimating, submittals, invoicing, change orders

In-depth understanding of civil procedures and material and project management principles

Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

A team player with leadership abilities
