Lawncare Crew lead
Compensation:
- Wage:$20-$28 an hour D.O.E.
- Medical, 401K and PTO.
- Hours are Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for the spring through fall season. This is Year Round Employment that is FULL TIME.
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- We provide Truck, crews and all equipment to get the job done right.
Position Overview
Our lawncare crews are responsible for addressing an array of mowing, pruning and landscaping duties as specified by the Supervisor, and for maintaining the highest standards in customer service and curb appeal of the assigned.
Essential Job Functions
Assist with sprinkler repair and overall quality control.
Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interacts courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
Adhere to all company policies, rules and regulations.
Position Requirements
Ability to work successfully with a variety of personality types.
Exhibit overall dependability to able to consistently meet deadlines.
Must be licensed and able to drive a company vehicle.
Required to maintain a regular schedule which may require working overtime and non-traditional holidays.
Employee must be able to lift and or move, up to 100 pounds.
Work with arms raised over head.
Stand/walk/sit for long periods of time.
Bend at waist and knees to lift, shovel snow, etc.
Ability to tolerate extreme climate change dependent on the season and location.
Repetitive motion with body extremities including: hand, knees, wrist, hips, feet etc.
