Our new on-site manager will be responsible for tenant relations, leasing, minor maintenance and upkeep of the community including the pool. Your schedule would be very flexible as long as you are always available to residents and management by phone. Your compensation will include housing and utilities. Some duties such as cleaning or painting are compensated at an extra hourly rate. Please send resume.
