Manufactured Home Park Maintenance Technician

Full Time Position Available for experienced Maintenance and Construction technician. Responsibility will be to maintain existing units while occupied and ready units during turnover. Past references are needed as well as responsible background history. This position is ideal in that both indoor and outdoor assignments are required and adjustments can be made for weather and seasons. It will also involve a complete skill set and applicants should have tools available as needed in trade.
