Wood Run Renovate & Repair LLC is a General Contractor specializing in insurance reconstruction and restoration services in the Eastern Washington and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a full-time professional Lead Carpenter with 2+ years of experience as a Lead. This is a hands-on position with leadership and management responsibilities. Crew sizes are determined on the scale of project.
Duties include:
Maintain a safe, clean, secure, and productive jobsite
Must provide tools required to efficiently complete most tasks
required.
Apply your knowledge of construction practices to ensure
quality control and to solve constructability issues and
communicate effectively with employees, customers and
management.
Send photos of project status, problems, or changes daily.
Manage semi-skilled carpenters, laborers and meet with
subcontractors onsite
Read blueprints and communicate with Construction Manager
Anticipate and pickup materials needed to keep to the project
schedule
Keep a daily log, track and code time of yourself and others
Positive attitude, good customer service skills, and a great
sense of humor are required for this position. You will need to
be self-motivated and responsible.
