We are looking for a "working" assistant service manager. This individual will need welding and mechanic skills to work on flatbeds, dry vans, belt trailers, step decks ect. If it's a semi trailer and needs repair or modification and you have the experience and motivation to do just that we would like to talk to you about coming to work for Inland Pacific Trailer Service and Repair LLC.

Definitions: "WORKING" Assistant service manager. Is someone that can work with customers to find out their needs and relay those needs to the trailer technicians that are currently employed at Inland Pacific Trailer Service and Repair LLC. Our idea of a good mechanic isn't just someone that can make the repairs but someone who can make those repairs in a fashion that the customer will be pleased with the work done to their equipment that he or she has paid thousands of dollars for and wants the job done right.

This individual will shadow the current service manager with over 30 years experience in the industry and will learn exactly what our customers expect when they come to pick up their equipment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: We are looking for someone that has been in the trade long enough that they could write repair quotes, schedule customers equipment in for repairs and have enough knowledge to over see and assist the mechanic assigned to the job with verbal or hands on help with the repair. This person would be responsible for ordering parts, keeping track of inventory of our parts and have computer and calculator skills and also be able to create a accurate invoice when the job is completed. You must have People Skills and the ability to communicate with customers and the employees you are over seeing and you will need to treat them as you would want to be treated. This job is a eight hours a day five days a week "most of the time". We are a family here and our employees and customers are to be treated that way.
