Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial and residential settings. They will have experience with ductwork, electrical, refrigeration, and controls. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install and maintain HVAC systems according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs on HVAC systems.
Coordinate with the project manager to ensure that the job meets the expected quality standards and deadlines.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with clients.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Valid HVAC Journeyman License
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Journeyman Installer
Strong knowledge of electrical, ductwork, refrigeration, and controls
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
