JA Bertsch is seeking an HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in Residential installation of heating and cooling equipment.
Team Member job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting with Installing HVAC systems including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring.
- Collaborate with your HVAC journeyman to ensure proper system installation.
- Test HVAC systems using tools such as ohmmeters and pressure gauges.
Requirements:
- At least 2.5+ years of HVAC training or experience.
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems a plus.
- Some mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills for field service interactions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- EPA Certification
