We are looking for painting foreman and painters. Must have own hand tools and foreman must have own truck/van.
The goal is to deliver high-quality painting work on a various set of structures. Mostly residential repaint work.
Responsibilities
Read proposals/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary
Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
Apply varnish and other finishes
Calculate costs and negotiate prices
Take and adhere to all health and safety precautions
Requirements
Proven experience as a painter
Excellent knowledge of painting material and apply them
Conscientious with great attention to detail
Must pass a background check
