We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gutter Foreman to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and Removal of Gutter Systems:
Oversee the installation and removal of gutter systems, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Inspect existing gutter systems and provide maintenance recommendations.
Managing Shop Supplies and Trailer Supplies:
Ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
Maintain organized and well-stocked shop and trailer supplies.
Reporting to Production:
Provide regular updates to the production team regarding project status and any issues that arise.
Inspecting Existing Gutter Systems:
Conduct thorough inspections of existing gutter systems and identify areas for repair or improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in gutter installation and removal.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job site.
Dedication to maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
