Following the direction of the Framing Supervisor and executing instructions with expedience, accuracy and adhering to quality standards.
Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to execute framing layouts accurately.
Utilize advanced carpentry techniques to frame walls, floors, and roofs with precision and attention to detail.
Uphold safety protocols and promote a culture of safety awareness on the job site.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to framing activities to maintain project progress and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a framing carpenter, with at least three years of experience in residential construction.
Extensive knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and drawings.
