RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE IS A MUST :)
We’re a solid-growing residential construction company based in North Idaho, known for crafting high-end bungalows and outdoor living spaces and much more! We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you have experience in residential construction and enjoy being part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team—we’d love to meet you.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–2:00 PM (or 8:00 AM–3:00 PM if preferred), with occasional Fridays
Pay: $21–$27.50/hour depending on experience
Paid twice monthly
Growth Opportunity: Potential for full-time salary, PTO, and insurance reimbursement after 90 days
Key Responsibilities:
-Office coordination and administrative support
-Bookkeeping, expense tracking, and financial reporting/payroll prep
-Scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and permit management/acquisition
-Supporting lead generation and networking efforts/customer care/ referral and review requests (optional for additional hours/income)

Prior experience in residential construction (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with bookkeeping software and office tools
A proactive mindset and willingness to grow with the company
