Heise Electric Inc. a Spokane-based electrical contractor specializing in municipal infrastructure and private developments is looking to add a Journeyman Electrician.
Job Requirements:
- Valid WA EL01 Journeyman card
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be available and willing to travel, when necessary, overtime and working in an outdoor environment.
- Must be willing and able to work/stay out of town a minimum of 50% of the time.
- Position is hands on, requiring installing, repairing, maintaining, or removing various electrical systems and equipment.
- Safety conscious with knowledge of how to use tools properly.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, other construction equipment and machinery, and work from blueprints daily.
- Innate or learned tendency to organize and maintain materials and tools.
- Attention to detail with solid communication skills.
- Delegate tasks and assist with training apprentices.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy when interacting with colleagues, clients and vendors.
- Driven to be proactive and timely.
- Eligible to work legally in the US
- This is not a desk job. Applicant must be willing and able to perform Journeyman Electrical duties as well as manage
their apprentice.
