Kilgore Construction, Inc is on the hunt for new Leaders to join our team! We are actively pursuing Leaders for the position of Developing Project Manager (DPM), Project Manager (PM) and Senior Project Manager (SPM)!
Kilgore Construction, Inc is a family owned and operated Commercial General Contractor that has been in business since 1997. We are currently a team of 15 that does between 15-20 million dollars of construction per year on both private and public projects. We are growing and we are hungry! We recently expanded our office, which is providing us with the ability to grow our team and our capacity.
We need Project Managers… simple as that, but not just any project manager. We are not looking for somebody with just a pulse to do a mediocre job that barely brings our projects to the finish line, no sir! We need a tip of the spear leader with an appetite to get after it! Our Project Managers don’t just sit back and watch other departments control their projects. Instead, we are hands on from start to finish. From initial project procurement to bringing the job to completion, our Project Managers take the reins and lead the project to success!
Are there long days, yes. Is the work stressful, you bet. But at the end of the day, we are supporting our team and our families with gainful employment and opportunities to take control of their own financial security. We are providing Clients with quality buildings that can positively influence their own business and financial prosperity. We are supporting our subcontractors and suppliers by managing our project to their financial benefit. We are leaving our mark on our community by raising the bar in regards to construction with integrity. We are giving back via our partnerships with our local schools, outreach programs and other charitable organizations. And we are trying our best to have fun along the way in this often high stress, highly competitive work environment!
