Couple/Individual must have word processing and record keeping skills, work well with people, and have a maintenance background. History with excel and real estate management software is beneficial. Position includes fully refurbished rental unit option, with water, sewer, garbage, internet and phone included. All applicants need to have a strong maintenance and operations background/references as a team/individual that is beneficial to park environment.
