On-Site Maintenance/Manager (or team)

Mid-size Spokane Valley apartment community in need of a maintenance person capable of minor repairs to occupied apartments as well as turning vacant units. Duties would often include painting, hanging blinds, doors, smoke and carbon detectors, minor plumbing, grounds upkeep, minor carpentry, painting and cleaning. Ideally we would like someone that could also lease the apartments as well. You must live at the property - apartment provided. Compensation includes free rent, utilities and salary. This position is ideal to supplement retirement income or part time job off-site. Your schedule would be very flexible as long as you are available to residents and management by phone.
