CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST (CSS)

Full Time, Monday – Friday at our office in Coeur d’Alene

Initial Training Period Schedule: 9am to 6pm

Shifts Available After Training: 40 hours workweek with 4/10 hour days or 5/8 hour days Monday to Friday

Compensation: $20/hour plus annual bonuses

Position Summary:

The Client Service Specialist (CSS) plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional experiences for both the professional team and clients while maintaining efficient internal workflows. They oversee various daily operations such as handling inbound sales calls, online chats, client intake document processing, and mail processing. Working independently, they manage multiple communication channels and administrative tasks effectively. The CSS collaborates across teams, sharing knowledge and supporting a culture of continuous learning by mentoring team members. Regular participation in team meetings and activities fosters a sense of unity and shared purpose within the organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

Building rapport with clients and directing calls professionally.

Handling sales inquiries through various channels.

Providing personalized client attention and assigning cases.

Coordinating client intake documents accurately.

Contacting sales leads and setting appointments for sales consultants.

Developing expertise in company products and providing phone support.

Welcoming visitors with a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications for the position include:

Typing speed of 50+ words per minute, required.

Proficiency in handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls and chats with exceptional client service, required.

Advanced Microsoft Windows and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, & Outlook).

Proficiency in office machinery (printers, scanners, fax machines, copiers), required.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with clients, colleagues, and service providers, required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment with a positive attitude, required.

Effective time management skills to handle multiple timelines and tasks efficiently, required.

AA degree or higher in Accounting, Business, or Finance, preferred.
