As a member of our front desk team, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our athletes.
Responsibilities:
Member Enrollments: Assist new members with the enrollment process, answering questions, and providing information about our services.
Customer Service: Be the friendly face of HumNow! Greet members and guests, answer inquiries in person and over the phone, and provide exceptional customer service.
Administrative Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, light cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
