The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Answering incoming and making outgoing calls as needed.

Upselling for our Comfort Club Memberships and Duct and Dryer Vent Cleanings as needed.

Schedule appts, set up new accounts and dispatch and debrief with technicians through Service Titan.

Update existing accounts in Service Titan.

Manage information flow in a timely manner.

Debrief technicians.

Place ordered parts on parts board and coordinate parts calls.

Schedule and note tune ups.

As per the GM and Customer Service Supervisors request, work on various tasks such as, but not limited to: Reports, Filing, preparing, and organizing of department SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).

This position reports to all management.

Adhere to, and display the companies Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values.

Greet/ assist walk-in customers.

Monitor the schedule flow and adjust as needed.

Assist with daily payment statements as needed.

Check the Schedule Engine site for any missed leads.

Call customers with declined credit cards for CC monthly payments.

Update payment information and update account accordingly (Update spreadsheet).

Strong time management skills.

Classifies Google Guaranteed calls as needed.

Performing day-to-day financial transactions.

A/P and A/R duties as needed.

Office Hours for this position: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
