This position requires both integrity and relationship-building skills. Your efforts will directly impact training practices for employees and improve our services at Fairchild Air Force Base!

In this role, you will manage your own daily schedule while conducting quality inspections for our grounds and custodial contracts located on Fairchild Air Force Base. Additionally, you will be working with project managers to ensure compliance with government contract requirements. This role will allow you affect change both large and small in our dynamic organization. Successful candidates will need to possess strong communication skills, be highly independent, extremely organized, yet flexible in collaboration with management and a diverse staff.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform Quality Control Inspections ensuring adherence to strict government standards.

Timely, consistently and thoroughly document inspections in the cloud-based software.

Use technology to document inspection in real time, in the field.

Communicate appropriate and pertinent information with Project Managers and the Compliance department in a respectful and positive way.

Respond to government inquiries.

Develop and distribute QA/QC reports.

Develop and maintain an inspection schedule, which coincides with operational schedules.

Collaborate with project managers and assistance to ensure quality standards are maintained without affecting moral.

Education/Experience Required:

High school diploma or GED required.

Experience in QA preferred.

High attention to detail and time management.

Must be able to work independently with little supervision.

Other Requirements:

Must pass background check.

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years of age and have a safe driving record determined by Skils'kin's vehicle insurance carrier.

Must pass Fairchild Air Force Base Federal Background check.

Must have empathy for individuals with disabilities or other disadvantages.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an hourly/non-exempt position with pay issued biweekly.

Skils'kin pays an additional fringe benefit per hour toward the employee's health and welfare benefits which include options for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).

Employees also earn paid time off (vacation, sick leave, and holidays).
