Signature Graphics Mailroom Coordinator / Operator FULL-TIME $18/hr 13026 W McFarlane Rd, BLDG D2, Airway Heights, WA 99001 Assist in quality control of all products and procedures in the mailroom / bindery area. Assists with preparation of all mailings including presorting, labeling, bundling, and palletizing mail daily. Assists with shipping & receiving. This position experiences standing for long periods of time as well as walking, carrying, twisting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Drives daily to and from the post office. Occasionally drives to local warehouses for deliveries using a 26" truck. A plus if driven before but will train. Will eventually be trained to operate a forklift. Schedule - Shift start: 7:30AM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Monday - Friday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - At least 2 years experience driving forklifts, vans, and trucks preferred. - Forklift Certification required (OSHA-Certified preferred) - Current state-issued driver's license, the ability to be insured by our insurance company, and the ability to complete DOT medical screening are required. - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About Signature Graphics Signature Graphics is a locally-owned, full-service heatset and coldset commercial printer with direct mail advertising and graphic design businesses located in NE Portland, Oregon with approximately 150 employees. Since opening in 1984, Signature has become one of the largest printers in the Pacific Northwest, and we are currently looking for Press Joggers to help with organizing and stacking freshly printed items as they come off the press.
