We’re an energetic team committed to creating products that make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities. Right now, we’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as a TIG Welder / Fabricator to help produce custom components for power wheelchairs.
This is a great opportunity to do hands-on work that truly matters—in a clean, climate-controlled facility with a team that values quality, purpose, and personal growth.
What You’ll Do:
Fabricate and TIG weld small-batch power wheelchair components
Operate standard fabrication equipment including:
Saws
Drill presses
Manual milling machines
Work with precision and care to ensure each component meets quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail
Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Experience in machining or fabrication
TIG welding experience is helpful, but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate
Minimum age: 18
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible options: We offer four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days for full time employment. Part time employment can be flexible.
