Rare Woodworking Position
Since 2017, we have only had 2 full time employees due to our team culture, work environment and potential for growth.
Our luxury bunk bed company has grown year over year for 7 years and our employees grow with us in experience and compensation.
We build custom bunk beds in our shop from start to finish and the responsibilities for this position include: cutting, sanding, staining, finishing, shipping and handling, maintaining a clean shop space, running material errands and working closely and efficiently with our production manager.
Year round climate controlled work environment. Performance bonuses and paid time off available after probation period. Working alone 95% of the time with a monthly production goal in mind.
Who you’ll need to be: someone who shows up on time with a good attitude every day, incredibly detail oriented and good with construction style math and fractions, a team player with the ability to navigate goals and timelines with the head builder, someone who works hard when no one is watching and doesn’t need their hand held during common sense down time.
$22-25/hr DOE with room for a lot of upside.
