Integrated Ideas and Technologies is seeking an experienced press brake operator. The ideal candidate should be able to program the machine, select tooling based on drawing requirements, bend a first article piece, make adjustments to meet tolerance, and finish bending the order. This is a position for an experienced operator only, do not apply if you have not been a press brake operator for at least 2 years. We offer top pay based on your experience level, health and dental insurance, a 401k plan and paid vacation. CNC waterjet operation is also required, we will train- no waterjet experience is necessary.
The candidate must be able to:
Read blueprints and work instructions
Use measuring tools such as calipers, height gages, gage pins, etc.
Be able to setup the machine multiple times a day and specialize in smaller quantity production runs
Hold a +/-.005" tolerance on most parts
We are an AS9100 machine and sheetmetal shop. We serve the Aerospace, Defense and Electronics industries and produce high quality precision parts.
