We are looking for a responsible, self-motivated, hard-working, and driven individual to join our concrete polishing team. Our job is unlike many others! Learn a skill that will stick with you, and have an opportunity to take great pride in what you do. We work with time-off requests and typically work 8 or 10-hour shifts depending on the project. Ideally, looking for a candidate who can start ASAP
Job Requirments:
Must be legally able to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
Able to work unsupervised.
Must have a good attitude, and work well with others.
Able to take direction.
Be able to communicate ideas clearly, and retain what you’ve learned.
Ability to work out of town on occasion. (hotels, fuel, and food allowance included)
Able to spend extended periods of time on hands and knees for edge grinding (we supply PPE to aid in comfort).
Willing to get dirty (grinding concrete is a dirty business ).
Attention to detail.
Overall awareness of your surroundings.
Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour for the first three months for candidates with zero experience. After 3 months of employment (with no attendance or performance issues), the wage will be raised to $21.00 per hour, and a $1000.00 retention bonus will be awarded. NOTE - for candidates with verifiable first-hand experience, compensation will start higher.
