Objective:
The Assembler is responsible for working on various stages of the production line to include assembly by hand, sharpening, sanding, edging, cleaning and packaging the product. Previous assembly experience is a plus, but the team is prepared to train from the ground up!
Responsibilities:
-Handling small parts and assembling product in a quick and accurate manner
-Using hand tools, hydraulic presses, grinding wheels, and other machinery necessary to assemble the product
-Meeting cycle time standards to ensure that product is completed to meet the next stage of assembly
-Identifying quality defects
-Other duties as required by the job
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in Production, Assembly or a related field is preferred but not necessarily required
-High School Diploma or equivalent is required
-Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day when working
Shift:1st Shift / 4x10's!
Monday - Thursday; 5:30am - 4:00pm; mandatory overtime every other Friday.
Wage: $16.00-$18.50/hr. depending on experience
