Tipke Manufacturing is looking for dependable machine operator/laborer for our growing manufacturing business.

Some experience with manufacturing/metalworking would be desirable but not necessary if willing to learn and dependable. There is room for advancement for motivated individuals willing to learn new skills. If you do have experience we could use some help with machine setup/maintenance/repair also and pay rate would be according.

Position will be for general machine operation. This would consist of cutting, deburring, punching and bending various sheet metal, tubing or bar parts. We make a lot of different parts for a wide variety of industries so attention to detail is necessary as well as efficient work habits and flexibility.

Hours are 6am-430pm M-Th. Occasional overtime on Fridays. Health, dental and vacation benefits after 60 day probationary period. Retirement plan after one year. Pre-employment drug test required.

Tipke Manufacturing is a growing manufacturing business and has a career opportunity for a dependable machine operator/laborer. We build a variety of components to support other companies manufacturing and have one product line of our own. We are looking for an individual who is quality and safety conscious, self motivated and a team player. Experience is preferred but may be willing to train an individual that is motivated to learn.

Duties:

-General cutting, deburring and forming of rod, tube and sheet parts.

-Experience with general fabrication tools and ability/willingness to operate fabrication equipment as needed.

-Good communication and problem solving skills. We do a bit of custom and prototype work along with production so ability to work through new projects is very important.

-Cleanup of work area after task is complete.

Most parts are smaller/medium size and made of lighter gauge materials .188" or thinner. We fabricate a lot of tubular parts such as exhaust, etc. It is production work and can be repetitive at times but we do produce a wide variety of parts built on a cyclical basis. We keep a clean shop that is climate controlled at 75 in summer and 65 in winter.

Work hours are M-Th 6am-430pm. Overtime is available mostly on a voluntary basis but can be required at times and occurs on Fridays. Health/dental benefits (fully paid for employee) and paid vacation available after 60 day probationary period. We also offer 401k and profit sharing after one year.
